Terms and Conditions for All Transportation Reservations
The Service Terms and Agreement for Transportation Reservations (the “Agreement”) is by and between Starbuck Charter Bus (“Starbuck Charter Bus”) and you (either individually or on behalf of any entity whom you are representing)(“Client” or “you”).
This Agreement governs your procurement of bus charter services (the "Charter Services") provided by an independent, third-party company (the “Charter Company”).
You agree that you are fully responsible for the actions of all of you, your passengers, guests and invitees (collectively, the “Passengers”) aboard the buses provided through Starbuck Charter Bus (the “Service Buses”).
1. Reservations: This document contains all of the Terms & Conditions under which Starbuck Charter Bus agrees to furnish service to you, the Customer. When you sign the booking reservation through third party Charter Bus option, it becomes a legally binding contract and can only be changed by a written agreement between Company and Customer. You further understand and agree that Charter Company options presented to you by Starbuck Charter Bus may not include all potential options available on the Starbuck Charter Bus platform or may be presented in a page ranking based on factors such as corporate affiliation with Starbuck Charter Bus or other factors within the sole discretion of Starbuck Charter Bus. Starbuck Charter Bus is not responsible for any confirmation of your reservations that is lost or otherwise not received when booking via the internet. It is your responsibility to call and get a confirmation email from third party Charter Bus option when making a booking.
Payment of the full Estimated Cost is due prior to the Date of Service.
If you fail to timely pay any deposits or estimated costs or any other amounts owed to third party Charter Bus option as and when required in accordance with this Section 1, (a) you hereby authorize Starbuck's Charter Bus third party Charter Bus option to, and Starbuck's Charter Bus third party Charter Bus option may in its sole discretion, initiate entries to your check/savings account and/or credit card at the financial institution provided by you at the time of reservation for the payment of any such deposits or Estimated Costs and/or (b) your reservation may be cancelled in the sole discretion of Starbuck's Charter Bus third party Charter Bus option.
Client may change a reservation subject to (a) the availability of the requested Charter Services as proposed by the changed reservation, (b) payment of the applicable fee as determined by Starbuck's Charter Bus third party Charter Bus option in its sole discretion and (c) the approval by Charter Company in its sole discretion.
2. Payment Policy: Customer shall pay a 50% deposit of the total trip price immediately to confirm reservation. The balance shall be due day of tavel, prior to the trip.
3. Additional Charges:
1. Client shall be fully responsible for any overtime incurred by the Charter Bus Company. Overtime will be charged at a rate determined by Starbuck's Charter Bus third party Charter Bus option in its sole discretion and is incurred in hourly increments (plus additional taxes and fees). Starbuck
Charter Bus cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. It is of particular importance then that you make allowances for anticipated delays and
adhere to the agreed time schedule.
2. Time and charges begin when the Charter Service Bus arrives at the pick-up location. If there is an error in the provided address, you shall be charged for the time needed to reroute the Charter Bus to a different address.
3. You agree to pay the following additional expenses incurred in connection with Chartered Services directly to the Charter Company: (a) driver's
lodging, (b) tolls, (c) parking fees (d) additional stops and (e) any other expenses incurred directly by the Charter Bus Company in connection with the provision of the Charter Services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be received from Customer via phone: 1-866-716-2026
5. Chartered Services: Client acknowledges and agrees that Starbuck Charter Bus is not a transportation carrier and will not directly provide the Chartered Services. Starbuck Charter Bus provides merely provides a lead generation company and a DBA of Dominate My Market, LLC, in which you may engage and pay for the services via the independent third-party transportation carriers (the “Carriers”) that are directly responsible for providing the Charter Services to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Starbuck Charter Bus shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability, for the acts or omissions of the Charter Bus Company, including errors, late shows, the quality of the Service Bus, the performance of the drivers, any violations of applicable laws, rules or regulations or any failure to provide the Charter Services.

- Credit card payments: Third party Charter Bus Option will automatically charge credit card on file, date of service, prior to the trip if balance has not been paid. The individual submitting the payment will be responsible for overtime/additional charges.
- Wire Payments: There will be an additional $30.00 bank fee to process your wire payment.
- Checks: Checks returned from a bank (whether due to insufficient funds, stop payment, or otherwise) will result in a $75 administrative fee.
3. Additional Charges:

- 100% Refund if cancellation is made 5 business days prior to the trip date, less a $65.00 clerical fee.
- No refunds if cancellation is made within 1-5 business days prior to the trip date.
- No refunds for on-the-spot cancellations or no show.
- Service fees charged by our payment processor may not be refundable in any circumstances.
- Starbuck's Charter Bus third party option cancellation policy applies to all trips, including, without limitation, rescheduled trips.
